We take intellectual property protection seriously and strongly oppose pirated or unauthorized content. If you believe a book has been submitted or listed without proper rights or permission, you may request the removal of a book by contacting contentabuse@ourbookvault.com.
Content Restrictions
Sexual Content and Exploitation
Submissions that include or promote the following will be rejected:
- Sexual content involving minors, including any character under the age of 18, regardless of context or presentation
- Sexual exploitation, abuse, or assault of minors in a sexualized or explicit manner
- Bestiality involving real-world animals or realistic depictions of animals
Fictional or fantastical relationships involving non-human characters, such as paranormal or fantasy beings, are permitted, provided all participants are clearly depicted as adults and the content does not resemble or imitate real-world animal abuse.

Our Book Vault is a referral and discovery platform.
We do not:
- Publish or distribute books
- Take commissions from your sales
- Claim ownership or rights to your work
You handle writing, publishing, and sales. We help readers find your book and guide them to your purchase link.

Terms of Service
Terms of Use (Submission Guidelines)
No Affiliate Links in Direct Purchase URLs
To maintain the integrity of the platform and prevent misuse, affiliate links are not permitted as direct purchase links. Any affiliate parameters will be removed.
If you utilize affiliate marketing for your own work, your submitted purchase link must first direct to a website you own or control, where readers can then access your affiliate link.
Rights and Authorization to Submit
You must have the legal right to submit the book. By submitting, you confirm that you are the author, rights holder, or have explicit permission from the rights holder to list the work on this platform.
Accuracy of Information
All submitted information must be accurate and not misleading. This includes title, author name, cover image, description, genre classification, and purchase links.
Misrepresentation may result in removal of the listing or account restrictions.
Prohibited Content
Submissions must not include or promote illegal, exploitative, or harmful content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Bestiality
- Content that provides actionable instruction for illegal activities
Any violation will result in immediate rejection and may lead to account termination.
Trigger Warning Disclosure
Authors are responsible for accurately disclosing applicable trigger warnings. While not exhaustive, these warnings are required to help readers make informed decisions.
Failure to disclose significant sensitive content may result in removal or restriction of the listing.
No Spam or Duplicate Submissions
Repeated, duplicate, or low-effort submissions intended to manipulate visibility or flood the platform are not permitted. Each submission should represent a legitimate and distinct work.
No Misleading or Malicious Links
Purchase links must lead to legitimate, safe destinations where the book can be obtained. Links that redirect deceptively, contain malicious content, or mislead users will be removed.
Platform Neutrality and Non-Endorsement
Listings on this platform are user-submitted and do not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval of the content by the platform.
Right to Remove or Refuse Content
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or modify any submission at our discretion, particularly if it violates these terms or presents legal, ethical, or safety concerns.
